KSVAMRIT Social Asia is a pan-India Social Audit Firm (SAF) registered with the ICSI – Institute of Social Auditors under Registration Number SIAE-001, with a focus on delivering quality, world-class services to Social Enterprises (SEs) and ESG services to For-Profit Enterprises. With the onset of the Social Stock Exchange (SSE) at BSE and NSE; the introduction of For-Profit Social Enterprises (FPSEs); the launch of Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) Instruments; and registration/listing opportunities for Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) at SSE, social enterprises have moved to the forefront.

Concurrently, SEBI’s mandate for BRSR, coupled with BRSR Core comprising nine ESG attributes, extension of BRSR Core to value chains (vendors as well as distribution channels), and the emergence of Assurance Providers have increased
the compliance responsibilities of top listed companies. In India, BRSR has gained two trajectories — mandatory for the top 1,000 listed companies, and BRSR Core becoming recommendatory for vendors and distribution partners who wish to continue association with blue-chip companies.
